When I started NJB, I envisioned more than an event. I dreamed of a movement — a safe space where women could come as they are, be seen for who they are, and grow into all they’re becoming. I wanted a space that wasn’t about titles or appearances, but about truth, healing, and intentional community.
Over the years, NJB has evolved into a vibrant sisterhood — one that brings women together through conversation, care, and shared purpose. Whether you’re showing up for the first time or you’ve walked with us for a while, know this: you belong here.
